Project Cosmos, Episode 1 & 2
A cinematic journey into the making of an 80-metre icon
When Heesen launched their next icon, the 80-metre Cosmos, they were pushing the limits of what a superyacht could be. Our challenge was to create a film series that matched that ambition. We produced two cinematic mini-documentaries to run alongside the collector’s book series, each meticulously crafted to reveal the scale, complexity, and vision behind the project.
From design renderings to engineering breakthroughs, from the artistry of the interiors to the precision of the build, the films brought every stage of Cosmos to life. Interviews with designers, engineers, and craftspeople revealed the human drive behind the innovation, while sweeping visuals captured the yacht’s scale and elegance.
Together, these films told the story of a shipyard unafraid to redefine its own limits — a testament to Heesen’s relentless pursuit of excellence on the water.
